*Obtain Client’s design brief and requirements.Job *Visit the site and assess site conditions and constraints. *Prepare schema plans, working drawings, Structural & Civil working drawings, Plumbing, Electrical, Telephone, CCTV, Networking, AC, False ceiling drawings and BOQ with detailed specification to adequately explain the concept. *Prepare 03 sets of Preliminary plans/drawings & elevation for approval. *After approval of schema drawings, prepare all Architectural working drawings with details and schedules to construct the project and issue three sets of “Good for Construction” Drawings in all respects. *Prepare all Structural working Drawings using structural analysis with ETABS/STADD PRO issue details and schedules to construct the project with three sets of “Good for Construction” Drawings in all respects. Independent second opinion on the structural design & report by the Govt authorized structural engineer need to be provided. (Wherever Necessary) *Prepare and submit all the following drawings as following: • Floor plans/ top view plans with all dimensions.• Working drawings showing all length/width/depth or height in detail.• Footing/beam/column or any structural drawings with all reinforcement detail and specification.• External and internal Electrical with specification includes lighting, networking with all minor circuit details from start points to DB.• DPR for Extension of existing lift. *The following detail drawings has to be submitted based on the ADA requirements as per the specific PROJECT • Furniture layout as per the requirements.• Telephone, CCTV and networking (Internet & Intranet).• Plumbing & sanitary drawings with all types of connection details to existing line or new proposed lines.• Air Conditioning / HVAC drawings including circuit details.• False ceiling design & drawings.• Firefighting and Fire alarm system design & drawings.• DPR for Extension of existing lift. *Detailed estimate and Bill of Quantities with minute specifications (Soft copy & Hard copy duly signed by architect) in accordance with the drawings and ADA requirements describing the quality, make of materials, finishes with supporting documents required with three sets of “Good for Construction” Drawings in all respects with DSR 2023 to publish in e-procurement portal. *Prepare 3D perspective, views and walk-through to adequately explain the project.
