Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Note:-1The contractor shall arrange minimum two (02) labours for daily cleaning & sweeping of entire Kalyan Vihar,DDA Housing pocket (80+16MIG,64EWS) area, in case contractor fails to do so daily Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) penalty per day per person shall be recovered from the bill.2Due to unhygenic condition at site, if any challan is levied by the civic agency or any Govt. Deptt. The same will be borne by the agency. The agency will be responsible for all legal actions and nothing shall be paid extra to the agency in this regard.3All the T&P shall be arranged by Contractor.
