Bacteriological testing of water sample collected by agency from the UGR's & at the feeding points in the Sec- B-4, Narela from approved lab by DDA.

Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i)Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned ofsilt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water.(iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine.(iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface.(v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Daily maintenance of internal water supply line of DDA housing Sector-B-4, Narela for the period of one year i/c all labour. T&P etc. required as per site condition and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources)

Conditions1.In case of non compliance of written order to commence the work within 24 Hrs. a penalty of (Rs. 1000/-) only per day will be levied and even the work is not taking of within 72 Hrs. of written order to the agency the work will be carried out at risk and cost of the agency and actual expenditure. 2. Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency.3. During execution of work if any mishappening will happen at site the agency will be fully responsible and nothing paid on this account. 4. Agencies participating in the tender are advised to visit the work site prior quoting rate in bidding and quote their rate as per site condition and take proper rate analysis of schedule Items for execution accordingly.
