Supplying and erecting compactors of CRCA (Cold Rolled Close Annealed) steel sheet, typically conforming to IS:513 D Grade or IS:14246.Sheet Thickness: Body / Sides: 0.8 mm to 1.0 mm thick steel. Base Frame/Undercarriage: 3.15 mm Hot Rolled (HR) sheet for high strength. Shelves: 0.8 mm to 1.0 mm thick steel, often featuring 10-fold or multi-bended designs for increased load capacity. Construction: Weldless clinch-joint or knock-down design for structural rigidity and better finish. Anti-Rust Treatment: All steel components undergo a 7-tank or 8-tank process (degreasing, pickling, and phosphating) for corrosion resistance. Finish: Epoxy Polyester Powder Coating (40–60 microns) for scratch and corrosion resistance, (Approx 7-8 feet).
