Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 Bulk @ 3 Kg per 10 Sqm including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surfaceas per clause 503 of MORT&H specifications. complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.

Providing and laying 30mm thick Bituminous Concrete with 100/120 TPH batch type Hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specific grading-II with Bituminous binder @ 5.5%(by wt. of total mix) transporting the Hot Mix to work site laying with hyrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade level and allignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibrator and tendom rollers to achive the desire compaction as per MORT&H specification Clause 509 complete in all respect (5th revision).
