(A) TDS in respect of all Employees of BPSCL 1. Estimation of total income and computation of TDS of employees2. E-filing of TDS return in respect of employees3. Preparation of Form 27A(Quarterly) and e-filing of Form No. 24Q with Income Tax Authorities4. Preparation of Form-16 (01 copy on yearly basis, including cost of printing & stationery)5. Sending Form-16 by mail to respective employees6. Rectification / Revision of previous financial years returns, if required, and other miscellaneous works related to TDS returns.

(B) TDS in respect of Contractors1. E-filing of TDS & TCS return in respect of contractors2. Preparation of Form 27A(Quarterly) and e-filing of Form No. 26Q and 27EQ with Income Tax Authorities3. Preparation of Form No. 16A(01 copy on quarterly basis, including cost of printing & stationery) 4. Sending Form-16A by mail to respective contractors5.
