Carrying out comprehensive annual maintenance of following types of AC units including all items in the refrigeration cycle viz compressor, condenser coil, condenser fan, Expansion valves / capillary tube, Evaporator coil, Blower fan, Thermostats, all valves wherever applicable and all interconnecting copper refrigerant piping etc as per the specifications / conditions of the contract and as per details given in relevant sections by deploying service staff when required i/c specialised man power and supplying and fixing required spares, refrigerant gas, tools and plants and other consummables viz lubrication oil and welding / pressure testing gases to keep the AC units and connected equipments operational upto the required standards as per the maintenance schedule detailed in the comprehensive maintenance document alongwith wiring-starters & stabilizers etc. as required.
