\\"Deployment of Sewerman for the cleaning, maintenance, and desilting of storm water (SW) drains and maintenance of peripheral sewer lines within the premises of the housing complex. The personnel shall be physically fit, experienced in sewer and drain maintenance works, and capable of working in confined spaces, adhering to all safety protocols and hygiene measures.The scope of work includes the removal of sludge, debris, and blockages from open and covered SW drains; maintenance of peripheral sewer lines, chambers, and gully traps; and safe disposal of collected waste at designated disposal points. The work also includes handling of necessary tools and protective gear, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, and ensuring smooth flow in the drainage system.Under no circumstances shall the Sewerman enter into manholes. All maintenance activities must be carried out without physically entering confined spaces such as manholes. The contractor shall be fully responsible for ensuring compliance with this directive. In the event of any mishap or accident arising from non-compliance, the entire responsibility shall lie with the contractor.The work shall be executed strictly in accordance with CPWD specifications, Municipal/Delhi Jal Board norms, and under the supervision and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects.\\"

Pumping & disposal of sewerage effluent with sewage pump of 4000 liter/hour capacity from internal sewer line to nearby sewer line/oxidation pond for lowering the sewage water level of sewer line as well as manholes etc. taking all safety precautions. The rate is inclusive of cost of diesel, mobile oil, repair of pump sets, watch and ward shifting operation of pump labour and barricading whenever and when required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
