Comprehensive (Routine, Preventive and Breakdown) maintenance of HITACHI make VRF / VRV Type AC including Treated Fresh Air Unit, its all accessories, condensers, evaporator units (cassette type ceiling mounted), time to time checking of refrigerant leakage, regular cleaning of condenser and evaporator units, attending and repairing of any kind of fault in the system, replacement of any unserviceable spare parts, electrical circuits, etc. for smooth operation of the entire AC units. Any breakdown shall be attended within 4 hours of reporting. Spare parts required during breakdown maintenance shall be arranged and replaced by the Contractor. This is applicable for the whole system of AC units installed. (N.B.: 01 Job means during a period of one month)
