Supply & Fixing of 4.0 Mtr. long Decorative Ornamental Pole duly PU (Poly Urethane) Painted made of high tensile GI Steel Pipe.The Top section of pole must have Cast Aluminum Embellishments through out the length. Base Plate size 350x350x12mm with PCD of 350mm. Foundation bolts set of M16x450mdeoorative pole made of Mild Steel with a total height of 4mtr above ground level with single arm bracket of ornamental decorative street light 60W and predefined laser cut pattern in house laser machine in the top portion of the bracket of the pole as per design. Pole bottom base section shall be 220x220x1000mm, 2mm thiclmess column with three side predesigned laser cut and illumination. the surroundings in 20W with notioeable mode, top section pole of 90x3000x3mm & top bracket with laser cut pattern design one side of IOOOmm to hold the street light of 60W as per shared drawing. The base plate of pole shall be of size 350x350x10mm. Provision for inside termination box with 4way connector & Inoa 6 AMPS MCB for local isolation. Light fixture shall be made of aluminium of size 600x580mm of street light distribution of 60W for area lighting. Light output of souroe is more than 110lm/ watt, CRl>80, SPD 4k, operating voltage 140-270V. Fitting is IP65, wired with Branded LED and constant current driver. Proper thermal management for longer life of fixture. Led burning of 50,000 hours. The pole is coated with UV stabilized powder coat and cured in in-house powder coating machine. The decorative pole is suitable for outdoor lighting application. Pole light is complete in all aspects with all aooessories & foundation bolts. mx 4 Nos made of EN8 grade steel should be used only for erection. A lockable door of suitable size should be provided at bottom section for termination and connection with backelite sheet and connector, MCB, foundation bolts, Bottom dia-350mm up to 1200mm height from base plate.Top section dia 90mm & toleranoe as per IS code or approved by engineer in charge, Supply and fixing of decorative 60 Watt LED Post top indirect/suspended light luminaire having Pressure die cast aluminium body and Clear glass with driver set confirming to IP 65 and above protection complete in all respect with 5years warantee.Technical specification, make & profile as approved by engineer in charge.CAT AA.

Supply and wiring of sub main with 02 nos.of 2.5 sq.mm FRLSH PVC insulated 1100 V grade single core multistrand copper conductor cable in existing conduit complete with supply of all material labour and T&P required for proper completion of work as directed E/I (20 mtr Each Pole )

Supply and laying of 10 sq.mm 4 core aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray(with cable tie)..over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.OEM must have it's own in house NABL accrediated Laboratory for testing procedure. All Material as per Technical specificition pre approved by Engineer in charge. (Cable laid in Ex. DWC Pipe) (as per UPPWD approved make list)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.T&P. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) (as per UPPWD approved make list)

Supply and fixing following capacity of automatic street light cubicle control panel painted with anti corrosive alkali and acid proof paint consisting of time switch TSO 100 series with contactors, HRC fuses, isolating switch metering instrument & instrument box with CTs etc. in case of TPN, complete in all respect. 25 A TPN (as per UPPWD approved make list)

S/B of 40 mm dia x 4.5 mtr. long G.I. pipe vertically for earthing having 12 mm dia. Holes spaced 75 mm apart drilled upto 2 mtr. from the bottom complete with earthing lead of no.6 to 8 SWG GI wire in G.I.pipe upto apron upto switch board 30 cm square box with hinged cover masonry enclosure.
