Casting of 4.00 Ton tetrapods of 1.67 cum with CC 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement, 1.5 Pulverised sand & 3 coarse aggregate), excluding cost of steel moulds and hire charges of crane which will be provided on free of cost with POL & Operator by the department at Andaman Lakshadweep Harbour Works, Rangat Bay but including cost of cement, stone aggregates, pulverised sand, assembling the tertrapod mould including arranging sand bags filled with local quarry dust to support the bottom of the mould, oiling of steel moulds, cost of waste oil, mixing concrete, placing inside the mould, cost of hire charges of mixer machine, vibrator, transportation of all materials to work site etc., complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items and GST.

Conveying and Placing the 04 Ton cap tetrapods from the tetrapod casting yard to break water and placing in position to strengthen the section of break water as per the instruction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including loading by using crane on the truck, conveying, unloading by crane on end on method at site and placing in position excluding hire charges of crane but including hire charges of truck, driver and POL, cost of manual assistant for releasing the sling and all other labour charges, cost of minor tools etc..,complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items and GST.

Supply and placing the stone boulder size (20-30 cm) in to the sea side & lee side filling the cavity as per the instruction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including loading by using crane on the truck, conveying, unloading by crane on end on method at site and placing in position excluding hire charges of crane but including hire charges of truck, driver and POL, cost of manual assistant for releasing the sling and all other labour charges, cost of minor tools etc..,complete.
