Dismantling carefully the existing weather proof course of APP membrane, Polystyrene foam sheet/thermocol foam sheet & bituminous coating over the roof slabs at all heights including stacking the serviceable materials and depositing the debris to 150 m as per instructions.

Waterproofing of Bathroom/ toilet/Terrace slab floor: i) Surface preparation by cleaning the surface using wire brush in order to remove all deleterious matters and cleaning with water jet spray (if required) including removing old worn out tar felt,deleterious materials etc. ii) All pipe penetration shall be sealed with polymer modified mortar (PMM). iii) Saturate the surface with clean water before application of waterproof coating system. Once water get dried off apply one coat of High Performance & Ultra flexible polymer modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane system of Fosroc-Brushbond ultrafex or equivalent system over the concrete followed a reinforcement fibre mesh over the layer of membrane. iv) Apply two coats of High Performance & Ultra flexible polymer modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane system over the above mentioned initial layer after sufficient curing for each layer (Total consumption requirement for all 3 coats is atleast 3kg/m2).

Cement plastering with CM 1:4,15 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels including cost of cement.

Supply to civil store concrete admixture Dr: Fixit or equvalent as per Engineer in charge.

Collecting ,conveying and Disposal of building rubbish / debris / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by manual/ mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved areas for filling, spreading in layers as per directions of Engineer-in-charge (20%deduction will be made if measured loose in lorries/from stack) - For an average lead of 2km.
