M&L liquid water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab incld dismantling of existing treatment of any description in following procedure : (a) Laying 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of concrete roof surfaces , finished even and fair to receive treatment on roof Complete (b) Applying first coat fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers with sun reflective index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength 2.9 Mpa and shall have reack bridging ability upto 2.5mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure reduce surface temperature upto 10 degree celsius with 3.3% dilution as priming coat (c) laying of fiber mesh 0.3mm thickness weave in leno pattern having weight 4.5 gm/ Sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50mm and allow it to dry (d) Applying second coat undiluted @ 0.45 ltr/ sqm as directed by Engr-in-Charge (e) Applying third and final coat undiluted @ 0.45 ltr/ sqm as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (The rate includes for filling cracks in existing roof with cement putty using suitable bonding agent (shalcrate 42) before laying cement plaster).

Demolition of Concrete of any description (unreinforced) and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with and including integral water proofing compound @ 3% weight of cement as in padding over roof slab for providing proper slope, and finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles bedded in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of cruded oil by weight of cement including dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed.
