| 6 | Bidder shall furnish alongwith unpriced techno-commercial bid, a copy of the priced bid with the prices duly blanked out, i.e Bidders response sheet. While submitting Bidders response sheet along with the techno-commercial unpriced bid, bidder shall fill up information pertaining to “Quoted currency” and also provide tick mark (√) against each item of the price bid format to indicate that there is a quote against this item in the Priced bid. |
| 7 | Upper Limit of Mobilization Charges: Mobilization charges should not exceed 2 % of Total Evaluated Price. However, after opening of price bids, if it is observed that mobilization charges quoted are higher than 2%, such bidder(s) shall be evaluated restricting the mobilization charges upto 2% of total evaluated prices and contract shall be awarded (in case bidder becomes L-1) restricting mobilization charges to 2% of Total evaluated prices. |
| 8 | Custom duty is applicable as per clause 13.0 of ITB and 8.4 of GCC, Annexure-II of the tender. Recommendatory letter will be issued for obtaining Undertaking/Certificates from ONGC for availing concessional rate of Customs duty to import equipments as per clause 13.0 of ITB. |
| 9 | The number of days for Standby Charges indicated in 1(E) above is for evaluation purpose. The standby charges shall be paid for actual standby time at the daily rate prorated (24 hours a day) basis, as per the standby clause 16 in Conditions of Contract under Annexure-III. |

| 11 | GST payment will be released in INR only in an Indian bank account of the bidder. Bidders are advised to convert GST into INR on the date of Bill/ Invoice as per their generally accepted / followed accounting process. |
| 12 | Indian agent commission, if any, quoted at 2.2 above shall include applicable GST payable by Indian agent on his IAC invoice amount as per GST rules. |
| 13 | Upper Limit of Demobilization Charges: Demobilization charges should not be more than mobilization charges. And in case demobilization charges are quoted more than mobilization charges, demobilization charges shall be also be restricted to mobilization charges (refer 3.2 above) for evaluation of contract value as well as payment purpose. |
| 14 | With reference to the Notice Inviting Tender, I/ we have gone through the tender documents more particularly the BEC clauses and noted the content therein. I/ We undertake that I/We shall abide by the Terms and Conditions of the Tender including BEC etc. It is further certified and confirmed that we have quoted the price within the limits specified in BEC for various parameters such as mobilization charges and demobilization charges. If by mistake or otherwise We have quoted above rates / price beyond the prescribed limit, then I/ We hereby give our consent and authorize ONGC to treat the rate / price exceeding the prescribed limit as withdrawn and to evaluate our bid restricting our rates/ prices to the prescribed limits. I/We hereby give our consent and authorize ONGC to award the contract to us on the price/ rates restricted to prescribed limits and we shall have no objection to any such reduction in our quoted rates/ price.
