| 1 | Repair / maintenance of street / security lights any type, flood lights or any other external lights in its position fixed on pole /building /structure/ high mast pole by taking down to ground, if required, testing all the compenents / parts, wiring etc, identifying and replacing the defective components like electronic driver,surge protection device (SPD) connection wires/ cable, MCB etc including refixing the fitting to its original position (if taken down), including repair / maint of street light control timer & junction box complete all as specified and directed.Note: (i) The rate against the above mentioned item is deemed for cost of labour and allied expenses only. (ii) Cost of spares electronic driver,surge protection device (SPD), connection wire, MCB, timer contactor spares etc) replaced against above mentioned item will be measured & paid for separately.(iii) Any type of T&P/Vehicle mounted hydraulic ladder for the work should be arranged by contractor.(iv) The contractor shall maintain proper record of repair / maint in a register duly bringing out the details of spares replaced on each and every street light and get it authenticated from concerned JE E/M on daily basis. The contractor shall put up the maint record register to Engineer-in-charge for inspection every Monday or as and when asked for.(v) The contractor shall maintain sufficient stock of spares / material required for repair / maint of street lights with the concerned JE E/M against the supply only items. |
| 2 | S&F in repair electronic driver suitable for any type LED light fittings complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Material and labour for scrapping / removing of rust on the panel boards preparation of surfaces for fresh painting, cleaning inside the panel boards with the vacuum or blower and painting by means of spray paint with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | M & L to find out fault in LT line bring/call fault finding machine equipment and find out fault in any size of LT UG Cable including disconnecting of cable connection from both side panels/poles and necessary excavation in any type of strata to reach upto cable and making space for cable joint complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) Cable required at site same size of faulty cable if required for jointing purpose will be paid in relevant item. (ii) Jointing material will be paid in relevant Item. |
| 5 | M&L for rerouting of LT UG cable of any size inluding earthwork, excavation & returning & Filling and making good the disturb services good complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | S&F in repair of GI pipe bracket of up to 32/40 mm dia 1.2mtr long bend to shape for street light fitting made out of 32 mm dia GI light grade pipe fixed on pole using new FI clamp including necessary new nut, bolt and washer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | S&F in repair surge protection device(SPD) of capacity 10KV compatible with industrial & outdooor LED fixtures complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | S&F in repair/replacement LED 60 Watt Street light fittings made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and direct modular IP lens, IP 66 protection, potted driver and with system efficacy of 125lm/W including making all electrical connection from light fitting to pole junction box/ O/H line for making the light functional including taking down old u/s complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | All as per item herein above but capacity of LED 45 Watt Street light fittings complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | All as per item herein above but capacity of LED 90 Watt Street light fittings complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | S & F in repair/replacement LED 100 watts flood light fittings white/warm white in colour, aluminium or higher grade powder coated and water proof pressure die cast aluminium enclosure, with inbuilt electronic drivers and IP 66 protection complete, Single phase, etc fixing in MS chanel by drilling hole of suitable, size, using nut, bolts and washers of suitable size including suitable mounting structure on existing pole/any type of structure as reqd at the site including taking down old u/s complete all as specified and directed. |
