Annual Repair and Comprehensive maintenance of 954 HP Daikin Make VRV/VRF type Split/Ductable/Cassate AC including replacement of all type of defective parts such as compressor, fan motor, PCB, Magnetic switch, Transformer and other electrical parts of AC excluding gas charging, four routine service (one wet & three dry) when required etc, assist the Engineer-In-Charge in day to day maintenance by immediate attendance of break down etc complete as required.

Operation and day to day general and preventive maintenance of various 954 HP capacity VRV type Air Conditioning plants installed at Tis Hazari Court Extension Block alongwith associated accessories and switchgears etc. and carrying out day to day cleaning of outdoor and indoor unitx as and when required. Periodical checking of above installation, keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying AC mechanic cum operator-2 Nos. and khallasi-1 No. in general shift on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holiday as per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per terms & Conditions attached etc. as required.

Providing & Charging of R410 refrigerant gas in the existing Daikin make VRV system by detecting the leakge and complete vaccuming the circuit and pressure testing complete etc as reqd. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
