| 5 | Design, Drawing, Energisation, Procurement and Installation of suitable Transformer for Thongkhong Laxmi bazar zonal (For pumping requirement for 0.1 ML Reservoir) including erection and stringing of necessary HT & LT lines for providing power supply of adequate capacity to operate pumping machineries for the Scheme/Intake/Zonal Station, including internal and external lighting, testing with submission of all test reports, civil foundation, earthing, cabling, and allied accessories, with necessary tying up with the Electricity Department for all technical and mandatory requirements/formalities for installation and energisation of transformers and HT/LT lines, complete as per detailed specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The Transformer shall be designed and manufactured conforming to Energy Efficiency Level–2 at basic insulation level as per IS:2026 (Part I & II) with latest amendments and IS:1180 (Part I–2014) with latest amendments, fitted with On-Load Tap Changer (OCTC), initial filling of oil conforming to IS:335–1993, and all necessary fittings and protection devices. |

| 8 | Design, Drawing and Construction of Pump House having plinth area 6.00m X 4.50m with suitable pump foundations for 2 (two) pump sets, brick masonry walls with R.C.C. columns, lintel and ramp, providing and fixing of steel trusses and frames with superior quality CGI roofing sheets, doors and windows, complete internal and external electrification with necessary fittings and accessories, finishing with good quality paint on steel and wall surfaces, and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete at Zonal Station Thongkhong Laxmi Bazar.Treatment Site as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | Design, Drawing and Construction of angle iron fencing (300 Rm) with 1.8 meters high GI barbed wire fencing with 2.4 m angle iron posts 50mm x 50mm x 6mm placed every 3 meters center to center founded in M15 grade cement concrete, 0.6 meter below ground level, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with 12 horizontal lines and 2 diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, fixed with GI staples, turn buckles etc complete with steel gate of 2 shutter of length 1.80m and height 1.80m with necessary mechanical fittings complete around the Zonal Station Thongkhong Laxmi Bazar. |
| 10 | Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Horizontal Split Casing Centrifugal Pump sets (Worthington/Mather Platt/Kirloskar make) having Individual discharge of against total driving head pipe arrangement pipes, valves, dismantling joints, gates accessories and cost of jointing materials, etc complete as per detailed specifications as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 11 | Providing, Laying and Jointing of Internal Pipe Fittings at Thongkjong Laxmi Bazar WSS and Zonal Station Thongkhong Laxmi Bazar wherever necessary with DI K9 pipe of 100mmdia and 150mm diameter including trench excavation, lowering, laying, jointing, testing of pipes, refilling of trench, gate valves with chambers, necessary anchor blocks etc. and restoration of excavated trenches complete as per S.S and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc. |
| 12 | Operation and Maintenance for a period of 5 years aftercommission of the project on turnkey basis:Operation and Maintenance of all infrastructures created under the above works, including pumping machinery, transformers, HT/LT lines, civil structures, reservoirs, treatment units, distribution and pumping mains, electrical and mechanical installations, valves, instruments and accessories, for a period of 5 (five) years after commissioning of the project, on turnkey basis, including deployment of required manpower, routine maintenance, preventive and corrective repairs, supply of consumables, chemicals, lubricants, record keeping, submission of O&M reports, and necessary coordination with the Electricity Department and other statutory authorities for uninterrupted operation and compliance, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
