SCOPE OF THE WORK1. Providing of scaffolding work in the boiler up to the super heater coils with proper scaffolding materials and to ensure the work man safety.2. All accumulated ashes to be cleared in all the zone of the boiler.3. All the water wall tubes, bank tubes, super heater coil, economizer tube, Air pre heater tubes are to be cleaned with using wire brushes and emery sheets.4. ESP zone and flue gas duct up to chimney to be cleaned with using wire brushes and emery sheets.5. If the cleaning is not proper / not satisfied it should be rework till the satisfaction of plant officials.6. After proper cleaning of the tubes and ducts all are to be painted with the boiler exterior paint.7. All the collected ashes to be disposed to the ash yard each and every day.8.
