Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 63mm to 45mm(sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) grading-11 75 mm (seventy five millimtre) Consolidating thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN (Eigty to hundred) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening type-B of size 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimtre) nominal size at the rate 0.20 cum. (Zero point twenty cubic metre) and binding materials at the rate 0.06cum (zero point zero six cubic metre) per 10 square metre (ten) and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405. By mechanical means and as per intire satispection direction by the Engineer-In-Charge. including carriage of materials all leads and lifts.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 Low porosity including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275( Zero point two seven five kilogram) per square metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per MORD techanical specification Clause 503 (Five hundred three) including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling open graded premix carpet of 20 mm (Twenty millimeters) completed thickness composed of 13.20 mm to 5.6 mm. (Thirteen point Two millimeters to Five point Six millimeters) course stone aggregate at the rate 0.27cum(Zero point two seven ) cubic metre mixed with 14.6 Kg (fourteen point six) kilogram per 10 sqm(ten) bitumen VG-10( viscosting grade ten) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in a suitable hot mix plant 30/40( thrity oblic forty) tonne per hour capacity transporting mixed material and laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN capacity static road roller, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-B- as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508 (Five hundred Eight), and entire stasification of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.
