| 2 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement isto four sand isto eight graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of forms work in foundation and plinth within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 3 | Random rubble masonry with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement isto Six coarse sand isto Twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size upto plinth level including raking out joints in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six coarse sand) complete including entire carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 4 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights. below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies, shelves and access platform and the like floor, etc. up to any thickness, up to all floor level and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 5 | Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed cement concrete work of grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 20N/mm2 (Twenty niewton per square millimetre) with cement contents not less than @ 330 kg/cum (at the rate Three hundred thirty kilogram per cubic metre) or as per approved design mix. All works upto plinth leve to give a smooth surfaces machanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete and pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etcetera including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. | 7 | Supplying and stacking of hard stone (for stone pitching) 22.5 cm (Twenty two point five centimetre) thick at site including watering ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government. |

| 9 | Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (Seven point five) in foundation and plinth above plinth level upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 10 | Providing and applying 15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth complete as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |

| 12 | Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick ISI marked Z-120 (Z-one hundred twenty) prepainted steel sheet of TATA/Sail/Relience/Jindal in roofing over steel trusses with hot dip metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) Organic coating of 20 (TWENTY) microns over 5 (five) microns of primer back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) primer coating including finishing with prepainted, iron J or L hoks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimeter) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washer filled with required colour and laid completely with all accessories or required as per direction of Engineer-In-charge including carriage of materials with in all lead and lift and other incidental as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. | 15 | Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture completed and as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 16 | Applying Birla/J.K white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose material and other foreign matters, sand papered smooth to give final matt finish to the surface complete as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 17 | Finishing walls with weather proof exterior emulsion paint of Asian/Dulux /Berger/Nerolac Suraksha paints of approved shade having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm. (One point six seven litre per ten square metre) Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20litre/10 sqm (Two point two zero litre) per ten square metre complete as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
