| 1 | Earth work in excavation in foundation for all types of structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culvers, drains, parapets and other similar structures in all kinds and classification of soil, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary mix soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the lines and dimensions shown on the drawings, including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of excavated material upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and obstructions necessary for placing the foundations, trimming, leveling ramming and watering bottom of excavation and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimeter) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) up to any depth and any quantum of water and cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 305.1 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 2 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) for plain cement concrete, in or under water in open foundation for all types of structures, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface/sub-soil water) and including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depth and any quantum of water including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. | 3 | Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm (Four millimetre) dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100mmx100mm (One hundred millimetre into One hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 per cent (Ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg (Twenty five kilogramme) each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. | 4 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete, Grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size) in or under water in open foundation of all type of structure like Drains, etcetera including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub soil water) removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths, including cost of form work complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 or as per direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 5 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade M-15 (M-Fifteen) Nominal mix 1:2½:5 (one cement isto two and half sand isto five graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeter nominal size) in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, in Abutments and toe walls etcetera including cost of form work and curing complete as per MORD technical specification clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 & 1204 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 6 | Providing and laying 100mm (one Hundred millimeter) dia ISI marked P.V.C. pipe Weep Holes in brick masonry/stone masonry plain/ reinforcement concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V): 20H (One vertical isto twenty Horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 614,709,1204.3.7 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 7 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete in sub structure Grade-M20 (M-Twenty) Nominal mix 1:2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeter nominal size) in Bed block and Dirt wall etcetera, including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 & 1200 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete for all heights/depths and any quantum of water complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, GST, Toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 8 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain/reinforced cement concrete Grade-M-25 (M-Twenty five) nominal mix 1:1.5:3 (One cement isto one and half sand isto three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size in open foundation as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 including the cost of form work and curing complete but excluding cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts. | 9 | Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super structure complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications Clause 1002, 1010 and 1202 including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto any heights as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. | 10 | Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. The rate including of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, GST, Toll Tax, Sale Tax or other Taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 11 | Construction of Gravel/Granular sub base/base 175mm (One hundred seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness by providing well graded material as per table 400.1 spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with tractor mount appropriate rotavator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 (eighty – Hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD technical specification section 400 for grading-I material and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 12 | Providing laying, spreading by mechanically means and compacting to 75mm (seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness, crushed stone aggregates of Grading-II, 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimeter to forty five millimeter) nominal size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using templates, hand packing rolling with three wheeled roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static weight in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (Elven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 (zero point two zero) cubic meter per 10 Sqm. (ten square meter) and binding material at the rate of 0.06 cum (Zero decimal zero six cubic metre) per 10 Sqm (Ten square metre) to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Technical specification section 400 and as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 13 | Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg (zero point seven zero- one point zero kilogramme) per square meter as per MORD Technical specification section 502 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 14 | Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-I, including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30 kg (zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogramme) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer complete as per MORD Technical specification section 500, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 15 | Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded Mix Seal surfacing material of 25mm (Twenty millimetre) thickness composed of 11.2mm to 0.9mm (Eleven point two millimetre to zero point nine millimetre) (Type-A) @ 0.338 Kg (Zero point three three eight kilogramme) per ten square metre aggregates using penetration grade bitumen (S-90/VG-30) (Viscosity grade ten) @ binders content @ 27.50Kg (Twenty five point five zero kilogramme) per ten square metre or 5.11% (Five point one one percent) by weight and minium density of MSS should be 2.10gm (Two point one zero grame)/cubic centimetre to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 509 by mechanical means and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
