Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared su.(AR, P-169/45)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works

Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2mm nominal size @ 0.005cum per 10sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100 degree centigrade, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface all complete as per Clause 515 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 803.4 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Dismantling and removing existing damaged expansion joint including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50M lead.

Replacement of existing damaged expansion joint by providing and laying of Strip seal expansion joint as per MORT&H specification.

RCC M-30 grade in wearing coat including steel of CD work with form work using 20mm to 10m size crushed stone aggregate mixed by concrete mixer.Laying in layers and compacting by vibrator and all leads and lifts as per approved drawing and technical specifications and as per section-1500,1600,1700 and 2700 of MORTH specifications Road and Bridge works (5th revision) including cost,conveyance, royalty and other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinary, T&P etc. complete.
