Supply installation testing & commissioning of IK10 & IP65 3 phase 440V 50Hz , 7.5kw capacity centralized control and monitoring system panel (CCMS) made of fire retardent SMC steel material having lock system suitable for schedule on/off of Led & garden lights having following provision: *Dedicated control & metering unit. * pre programmed on/off schedule& remote on/off operation in case of bad weather/emergency /maintenance.Bypass faciltiy per phase. *Data capture of Energy consumption & other electrical data in real time & at pre deterimned interval. *RTC controller should be type tested in NABL approved lab & should be compitable with communication module 2G/4G which transmit data wirelessley and recorded to dedicated server or on cloud based architecture and aslo give command for schedule on/off of cluster of lights. Latiching relay/Bi-stable switch/isolation device should conferming to IEC-61-36/61037 & contactor also conferming to relevant IEC/IS standard13779.MCB conferming to IEC-62053/62054.With included pipe earthing as per IS:3043-1987 *Controller also have functional specification is for A) Lux sensor & Astronomical Clock mode :- 1)For switching ON---- < 60 lux for >30 sec or Twilight Duskwhichever is later 2)For switching OFF--->10 lux for >30 sec OR twilight Dawn whichever is earlier and B) for time schedule mode --- For switching ON/OFF---Time selected by user *Controller should connected to separate lithium battery to provide back up of minimum 8 hours in case of power outage. * unit should be supported by web/app based software package with detail information dashboard. * pole mounting/surface mounting stand. *inclusive of 2 year server & website hosting charges.
