| 1 | periodical and servicing through agency authorized by OEM of HT VCB, 11 KV, 400/630/800 Amps of make AREVA/ ABB / CG/Schneider/ Seimens installed at various locations including cleaning of all VCB contacts with CT's and replacement of minor parts such as Gaskets, washers, panel heater, indicator bulbs and carry out any other repairs required at site to make the VCB fully functional, complete all as specified and directed (i) Checking of Draw out mechanism/arrangement of VCB (ii)Inspection of isolating Contacts, and decarburizing the male /female contacts, jaws complete and replacement of worn out contacts if any. (iii) Checking of alignment with spout and setting of contact gaps. (iv) Replacement of worn out/defective minor spares parts, lubrication of moving parts of the truck by moly grease. (v) Checking/setting of master control relay, earth fault realy and overload realy. (vi) Also checking ON/OFF/TRIP indication and make it serviceable by necessary checking/repair/replacement of control wiring. Replacement of Push button for open and Close, micro switches, indication lamps. (vii) Decarburizing and re-insulation of complete busbar track system complete in all respect. (viii) Misc works deemed essential to make VCB in perfectly working order. Note : Major spare parts are to be paid sepratly under respective items here in after, however cost of minor spares shall be deemed to be included in item rate. |

| 4 | Material for topping up to transformer oil conforming to IS 395-1983 (Make : 'Savita', 'Power Oil', APAR) having die electric strength minimum 50 KV at 4mm gap complete all as specified and directed.Notes : (a) New Transformer oil will be filled in the transformer only after filteration and dehydration of existing transformer oil of the transformer. (b) Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrel with test result and test certificate. Empty cantainer shall be property of contractor. |
