| 5 | (a) Comprehensive maintenance of lifts for 36 months after expiry of Defect Libility Period, Manning & Operation of lifts for 60 months after completion of Phase-I of work and Manning & Operation of electrical installations & STP for 24 months after completion of Phase-I of work. |
| 6 | Outsourcing of services for operation of the following Electrically operated Lifts installed in 3 buildings by deploying 2 operators (Semi skilled) in general shift of 8 hours per day + 01 rescue operator (Semi skilled) during night shift of 08 hours complete during 1st year of Defect Liability Period:(i) 01 lift of 8 passenger (544 kg) capacity & 01 lift of 13 passenger (884 kg) capacity each in three buildings consisting Stilt + 6 upper floors (Total 6 lifts) |

| 18 | Outsourcing of services for Manning & Operation of E/M installations viz. two pole structure, substations, Transformers/ LT Panels, Power factor panels, GODs, Drop out fuse units, DG Set and Operation of security light with directed timing and attending petty repairs of minor EM nature complaints of complex round the clock including Sundays and holidays in three shifts of 8 hours each by engaging One Skilled Electrician & One Unskilled Helper in each shift of 08 hrs duration for three shifts daily (i.e. 0600 to 1400 Hrs, 1400 to 2200 Hrs & 2200 to 0600 Hrs) complete during 1st year of Defect Liability Period all as directed. |
