M & L for Construction of Valve Chamber of size 1200 X 1200 X 900 mm internal size suitable for Sluice Valve, with PCC 1:4:8, Type D2, using 40mm graded aggregate for foundation, 200 mm thick Brickwork with Fly Ash Bricks in Cement Mortar 1:6, 40 mm thick PCC, 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate Coping, rendering in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick including provision of Mild Steel Sheet Cover 3 mm thick with 40 X 40 X 6 mm size Angle Iron frame work embedded in concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangements including two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to steel surfaces and including necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil etc., removal of surplus soil off the premises, demolition of existing Valve Chamber of any description complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. TD/EM/06, Sheet No. 1 / 2, 2/2 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Design, fabrication and supply and installation of 6600 gallon (30000 ltr) capacity made with 5 mm thick MS Steel water storage tank of size 6.25 Mtr. X 3.75 Mtr. x 1.25 Mtr internal size with all accessories including roof covers, nuts, bolts, washer, bracing angle, jointing materials etc complete all as specified and directed. Different size of sections and length shall be are as under:-Notes : (i) Nos of 5 mm thick MS plate of Size 1250 mm x 1250 mm = 31 nos(ii) Corner angle angle iron of 65 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm thick x 1240 mm = 20 Nos(iii) Bracing angle angle iron of 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm thick x 1580 mm = 12 Nos(iv) Rafter angle angle iron of 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm thick x 3670 mm = 4 Nos(v) Roof cover 1350 mm x 2600 mm x 3.15 mm thick = 03 nos(vi) Roof cover 1310 mm x 2600 mm x 3.15 mm thick = 03 nos(vii) Roof cover 1350 mm x 2560 mm x 3.15 mm thick = 01 nos(viii) Roof cover 1350 mm x 1350 mm x 3.15 mm thick = 01 nos Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
