Supply of potable water through bowser any capacity collected from the source as approved by GE , & transporting the same from approved filling point and empting the same i.e potable water ferryed through bowser in semi / under ground sumps / reservoirs throuh hose pipe of minimum 50 mm dia , approx 25 Mts length at various locations at ASC Center & College under GE (Central) Bangalore complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Collection of water sample supplied under item No 1 here-in-above from the delivered areas of both Civil / Defence area as & when ordered for further carring out testing ie water analysis test for Chemical & bacteriological/ biological properties from any approved Govt laboratory and obtaining test report from any Govt apporoved laboratory and to be submitted to the Eng-in-chargeNote: i) The approval of source of water point being sought for supply of bowser should be with in a radius of 20Km from GE's Office , a minimum of two water filling points shall be got approved producing water test report issued from Govt lab and further contractor should ensure that the requirement of supply of water is to be planned in advance to meet the deficiency of water. ii) Contractor or his partner should be owner of at least 3 Nos Bowser , contractor shall upload the RC book of bowser as a confirmation regarding pocession of water bowser during uploading of documents or contractor should submit MOU with water bowser service provider alongwith veichle details & requiste permission ,faling which the quoted tender shall be rejected during technical evaluation of the subject tender.iii) Water supply shall commence within a short notice of 3 Hrs and shall be completed within 8 Hrs of placing order. Assuring the quality of water is contractor's responsibility.iv) During summer seasons on demand contractor should supply minimum of 20000 gallons through bowsers per day as such contractor shall be preprared for doing so & for no reasons deney for whay so ever reasons. v) There is no minimum & maximum limit for supply by bowsers (per day) for both the seasons . The requirement for demand of water and specific period for supply shall be intimated well in advance by Engineer-in-Charge and accordingly contractor should supply water iv) Phone No of Contractor / Supplier shall be officially decleared. vi) If water is not supplied within 8 Hrs. Penalty shall be levied at double the cost of quoted/accepted rate. vii) For whatso ever reasons if the approved water points fails to supply water , in that case it is the responsibility of Contractor to intimate the fresh source / place for supply of water that to within a radius of 20 Km from this office ,along with necessary test of water from approved lab, after obtaning written approval from Engineer-in-Charge , water shall be governed to supply by Contractor , the cost for the testing shall be borne by the contractor. viii) If the consumer have any health issuse or medical problems proved due to the water consumed in that case the Contractor shall be resposible for any related issuse and liabilities if any, shall be borne by the contractor. ix) If any court case is filed by consumers on this account, the same shall be dealt by the contractor at his own expenditure. x) Contractor shall supply water in hygencially neat and clean water bowser and shall be free dust, dirt, scales and other impurities.xi) Quality of water shall be as per the requirement of laid down Policy and test certificate to prove the potablity of water issued by a Govt approved laboratory shall be produced by the contracto.
