Providing 50mm thick Bituminous Macadam of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, preparing preemixed materials with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per clauses 501 and 504 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared bituminous surface, spreading @ 0.20kg / sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance of bitumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2mm nominal size @ 0.005cum per 10sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100 degree centigrade, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface all complete as per Clause 515 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per Technical Specifications and Section- 800, 1600 & 1700 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).
