Design, Analysis, Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Geodesic Dome Structure - 12 meter diameter, dome and covering circular wall portion at a height of 2.10 meter except the masonry structure in the front side.A. Supply and installation of imported tensile fabric Make Serge Ferrari or equivalent, Ensuring Tensile strength and Breaking Strength, 900GSM, Tear strength 250/200N, Surface Treatment both sides PVDF, Adhesive 10daN and leak proof, This should also include, cutting, welding and fixing hardware for fixing as approved shape as per drawing. Membrane shall be cut and manufactured with High Frequency PVC Welding machine. 12 years Fabric Warranty.B. Fabrication and installation of geodesic dome structure with connection nodes as per approved Engineering Drawings, designed in accordance with loading standards with continous members. All members are applied with Metal paint over one coat of Epoxy primer.C. ANCHOR BOLT - Supply and Installation of M16 Anchor Bolt as per Engineering Standards and approved brands, specifications from the DepartmentD. Chemical Application on Bolt Supply and Application of required chemicals on Anchor Bolt as per Engineering standards and Approved brands, specifications from the Department, as per site, live structure and conditions.E. Shop drawings shall be submitted for approval prior to commencement of works.F. Overall warranty of the work is 5 years. Any defects during this period shall be rectified on Contractor's cost.G. Necessary scaffolding charges shall be included in the rate.H. Rate shall include all other expenses for the satisfactory completion of the project and hand over to the department on turn key basis.I. Working drawings with design details of proposed Geodesic Dome Structure with full measurements shall be submitted with the tender.List of materials proposed to be used for the construction mentioning size, thickness etc. shall be submitted with the tender.
