Supply, Erection and Commissioning of Electric Operated Travelling(EOT) Crane of 3 Ton Capacity with minimum 7 Mtr. Lift with Six Directions Movement(Up, down, cross and longitudinal ,Back and forth) controlled from a push button type pendant box of 415v/3Phase/50 Hz and can work up to 50 Degree C ambient temperature. The Scope also consist of suitable size Girders, Beams and gantry rails on both side of diesel workshop along with suitable size fibre coated wire rope, Gears of EN8 supported on ball bearings, hook should be of heavy duty forged steel capable to withstand shock loads and free to swipe & rotate with control panel, cables & motors complete in all respect as per site requirement and IS 3177 of make Electrometer/ INDEF/ FELCO/ KONE/ Star approved by department. The Control Panel should be IP-54 and as per Specification at Annexure C of makes approved by HID. It should consist of suitable rating MCCB 25 KA, 4 Pole for main incomer and separate MCCB for starters along with Electronic relays having Crane Duty Contactors of 25 Amps.
