| 1 | Earthwork excavation by manual means for foundation, substructures, plinth beam, cess pits & trenches, all kinds of foundation etc., in all types of soil like hard gravelly soil, sandy soil for the following depth from average ground level upto the required founding level, line and grades in both dry and wet conditions including shoring, strutting, bailing out of water if necessary, levelling and ramming the bottom of trenches, dressing of sides, stacking the excavated materials away from the edge of trenches, refilling the sides of foundation as required with selected excavated earth and depositing / disposing the surplus excavated earth (Disposed soil to be leveled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed and leveled) within the lead specified below all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 4 | Maintenance of lawns, flower beds, hedges, trees etc., in garden area (Non- sprinklers area) by watering at regular intervals, cutting and trimming hedges, and the unwanted growth of grasses as and when required including running lawn mover, removing weeds, collecting the cut grass, fallen leaves of trees and disposing the same at dumping yards shown by the department, watering the trees inside the garden area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Note: 1. The rate shall include the cost of hire charges of lorry and labour for transporting of cut grass, leaves etc., to the dumping yard. 2. The rate shall also include cost of all tools, plants, water delivery hose required for gardening etc. 3. The rate quoted shall be per Sq.m. area maintained per month. 4. Contractor has to make his own arrangement for Lawn Movers. If departmental lawn movers is available it will be provided by department on chargeable basis. 5. If lawn mover is not used, then recovery at the rate as mentioned in specification will be levied as penalty from RA Bill. 6. The contractor shall engage minimum 1 person for 1500 sq. m /day throughout the month as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Failure to employ the above minimum numbers of labour will attract penal clause as per additional special condition of contract attached with the tender for every default of labour. 7. Cutting plants should be handed over to department for sampling by the contractor as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 8. The contractor shall supply the PPE to the garden labour and they should wear the PPE during their working hours. |
| 5 | Supply and spreading of Fertilizer (urea), neem cake including cost of fertilizer and neem cake etc., all as per specification for Orchard plants / trees at the rate of 0.01kg/Sqm for fertilizer and 0.005kg/Sqm of neem cake, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 6 | Collection, supply and spraying of pesticides / fungicides / growth regulators in the lawn area and hedges by sprayer etc., including cost of collection, supply and spraying of pesticides / fungicides /growth regulators etc., all as per specification as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Collection, supplying and stacking of Decomposed dry farmyard manure without undesirable materials, stacking the same to at places as shown by Engineer for taking pre measurements including spreading the same at places shown with a lead upto 100metres and filling in pits etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 8 | Sweeping and Cleaning the road surfaces including water table, road junction & pavement on both sides of roads in DAE Nodal centre complex area two times in a Month and when and where ever required including collecting upto 200m and stacking swept material for disposal upto 4km and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Every time cleaning area shall be measured for payment 2. The contractor shall engage minimum 2 numbers of workers daily as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Failure to deploy the minimum number of labour will attract recovery with the minimum wages for every default of labour as mentioned in specification. 3. The rate should also include sweeping tools etc. 4. The contractor shall supply the necessary PPE to the workers. 5. The rate shall include the cost of hire charges of lorry and labour for transporting of sweeping materials to the dumping yard. |
| 9 | Cleaning the storm water drain when and wherever required for following drain size including collection of all unwanted leaves, small plants, silt and other unwanted debris materials and stacking for disposal complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 11 | Supplying of Watering for landscaping activities inside DAE Nodal centre complex using tractor with tanker of capacity ranges 5000 to 6000 litres with lead upto 4 km, including required labour complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The water will be drawn from the source point and the delivery point will be as per the locations shown by the Engineer-in-Charge. The supply shall be made available to lawns/gardens/hedges by daily/alternatives as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note : The water tanker shall be fully loaded for each trip load for watering purpose. |
| 12 | Area cleaning in and around the site including transporting the wild growth, all unwanted branches, twigs, leaves, unwanted waste materials etc. in contractors own arranged lorries to conveying to cantonment board dumping yard at above 3km lead upto 4km lead etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall including the cost of hire charges for lorry and labour for loading, unloading, transporting of cut wild grass to dumping yard and disposal. The area cleaning will be every month once. |

| 14 | Cutting and trimming the branches of the trees of below mentioned girth size of maximum height up to 15.00 metre height from ground level with handling the cut out portion secondary stems, trunk, roots etc., of the 'Banyan Tree' / Rain tree/ assorted tree, including required labour, tools , hand saw, arc and disposing using mechanical transport of all the cut branches to dumping yard with in a lead of 5.0km including the lorry/tipper and the labours for loading and unloading the branches of tree, leaves etc., and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
