Supply and installation of Intel Computer along with supporting software and UPS for storing the digital database created with the help of QR codes/ bar code scanners of every individual equipment / component linked with respective photographs/ videos of the degutted items date wise (cost of two Bar code scanners for scanning the data of degutted equipment to be included) – Annexure B. (hardware to have 3 Yrs OEM Warranty @ HSL-Visakhapatnam).

Supply and installation of NAS Storage with 10 TB as per detailed Specifications- Annexure C. (hardware to have 3 Yrs OEM Warranty @ HSL-Visakhapatnam).

Supply and installation of LCD Projector as per detailed Specifications- Annexure D. (hardware to have 3 Yrs OEM Warranty @ HSL-Visakhapatnam).

Supply and installation of APC Make 03 KVA On-line UPS with External Battery Pack [Rack Mount] - Annexure E. (hardware to have 3 Yrs OEM Warranty @ HSL-Visakhapatnam).

Licensed Viewing Software of 360 degree 3D videography (perpetual validity)to support 3D playback & annotation along with documentation & operation Manuals (both in hard and soft copy format) (cost of warranty as per the SoW at Appendix-1 to be included)

Baseline 3D Videography and photography of all compartments with all machinery and equipment in place (At start of Refit “As Found”) as per the SoW at Appendix-1

3D Videography and photography of all machinery and equipment during Degutting phase (including hidden Layers) as per the SoW at Appendix-1

Scanning of barcodes and maintaining a database of degutted equipment throughout the degutting phase (Cost of data entry operators services to be included) as per the SoW at Appendix-1

Production and handover of final 3D Videography software (with the option of sequence reversal) as per the SoW at Appendix-1 along with the data recorded using QR scanners for each equipment during degutting phase
