Damages if any during handling as observed by Engr - in charge shall be made good at contractors cost.The work shall be carried out continuously on all working days since it started till completion without break or absence on working days. The contractor shall provide all safety equipments and tools such as hand gloves, gum boot, helmates etc at his own cost. No extra claim shall be entertained on this account, In addition, the contractor shall provide insurance cover to the labour employed by him and department will not be responsible for any damage/loss to the employed person. Stores shed shall be made neat and clean properly after completion of the above work to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
