Item No.1 :-The design, Manufacture supply Installation, Commissioning and Testing of Solar photovoltaic water pumping system 7.5 H.P.D.C. submercible Pump- as per MNRE Specifications- Specifications of Solar Deep well (submersible) Pumping Systems with D.C. Motor Pump Set with Brushes or Brushless D.C. (B.L.D.C.) Technical Specification- 7.5 H.P. Submersible pump for Water Supply Well / Borewell . B.L.D.C. (Min.6750 Wp PV Array). PV Array should be as per IEC 61215 Specifications and qualify IEC 61730 part 1&2 testings , 4 sq.mm - 3 core flat ISI mark copper cable, On off switch, dry run and lightening protection, Scope of work- supply, Installation, commissioning , Testing, Transportation , Insurance for 5 years, 5 years warrantee, 5 years repairs and maintenance, Remote monitoring System and applicable taxes. Necessary certificates, operation and maintenance manual etc. (As Per GOI MNRE Letter No.32/24/2020-SPV Division Dated 18/08/2021).Including All Necessary Materials, Specials, Accessories required for complete pumping machine Setup etc.completed. Design ,supply , installation and commisioning of AC -DC manual controller with RMS system P65 protection and five year CMC AC -DC manual controller 1-10 HP. Design supply , installation and commisioning of solar PV arrays for solar pumping system Solar PV array system of 7.5 HP capacity. With All Necessary GI Mounting Structure.Providing & erecting chain link fencing.Allied Items for solar water supply scheme.Solar Photo Voltaic Water Pumping Systems should be as per MNRE Specifications.
