The foot rests are made from HDPE / LLDPEmaterial of size 130mm X 310mm X 5mm thickness and mounted on M.S.Plate of Size130mm x 310mm x 3mm thick Closing Caps are made up of highquality HDPE / LLDPEPlastic material. Pins used of Diameter 35mm, 25mm, and 17mm are made up from brightmaterial. The Bearings used are of “6007zz” “6205zz” and “6203zz” permanent lubricatedsealed bearing of reputed brand like SKF, FAG. High tensile steel with galvanized nuts andbolts are used for assembly. A16 , A 24 mm circlips are usedforassembly. Bolt M8X16 mmand NY lock nut of M8 made of SS are used on nylon cap mounted on pins to protectbearings and pins from rain and dust. The foundation pipes are embedded in C.C. stock of size 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.3m below ground level and painting is done by attractive color sprayingafter proper surface treatment, Shot blasting and initial coat of yellow primer surface isapplied before top coat. The top coat is done using the best quality brand paint or dulypowder coated of minimum 60 micron thickness.
