Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Bidders shall also submit a separate detailed quotation for: * 24 Hours × 7 Days operation of the DSTP.* O&M period: 10 Years from date of commissioning. O&M scope shall include: * Skilled & unskilled manpower.* Consumables, chemicals, and utilities.* Routine & preventive maintenance.* Breakdown maintenance & spares.* Performance monitoring & testing.* Compliance with CPHEEO guidelines
