Dismantling of defective capacitor banks from fixed units of HT motors including dismantling of termination, bus bar links and rusted hardware etc. from the existing banks of motors and transporting the same to the store and allied works etc. as required at site.

Supply of 160 kVAr 3.3 kV, 3 ph. HT Fixed Capacitor banks for motors, complete with terminal cover, mounting frame of angle iron, post insulators, aluminium bus bar links for fixing protective fuses and cable end box for cable termination-make standard

Fixing of new 160 kVAr HT capacitor bank in the existing structure and termination of existing cable with necessary cable glands, lugs, tapping etc., touching of rusted parts and earthing of the capacitor bank with GI wire/strip as required at site.

Supply of 40 kVAr 3.3 kV, 3 ph. HT Fixed Capacitor banks for transformers, complete with terminal cover, mounting frame of angle iron, post insulators, aluminium bus bar links for fixing protective fuses and cable end box for cable termination-make standard

Fixing of new 40 kVAr HT capacitor bank in the existing structure and termination of existing cable with necessary cable glands, lugs, tapping etc., touching of rusted parts and earthing of the capacitor bank with GI wire/strip as required at site.

Supply of 100A, 3.3 kV HT HRC fuses for replacement of blown fuses in fixed capacitor banks of motors -make Standard/Phoenix

Supply of 35A, 3.3 kV HT HRC fuses for replacement of blown fuses in fixed capacitor banks of motors -make Standard/Phoenix

Testing & commissioning of HT Static Capacitor banks and fixed capacitor banks as per required parameters including following: i. Continuity and earth test ii. Meggering of all equipment for phase to phase, and phase to earth. iii. Charging of capacitors banks and monitoring of power factor of motors after commissioning of capacitor banks
