Maximum likely manpower for all the above jobs required per day : 02 nos ( Skilled -01 , Semi -skilled -01) Note : MS Plate 40MM as per requiment will be provided by NCL.

Cost/charges for plate cutting and original shape and size including labour charges , contractor profit etc. ( labour consisting of Skilled Welder and Semi skilled Helper manpower) Total 80 Nos. Gutka / Block for mounting of radiator guard.

Cost / charges for machining of plate for ( 1.5 Hrs each Gutka / Bloack ) Total 80 Nos. Gutka / Block for mounting of radiator guard.

Cost / charges for Thread cutting of lath machine for ( 2 Hrs each Gutka / Bloack ) Total 80 Nos. Gutka / Block for mounting of radiator guard.
