Providing and running weed harvesting Machine (cleaning capacity 15-20 arces of surface area/month)for eradication of water hyacinth,elephant grass and all other floating vegetation and materials i/c disposal of the malba along the bank of the lake as per the direction and satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.It includes the cost of services of operating staff, helper, cost of lubricating oil, diesel/petrol/kerosene oil, other consumables for running the machinery.

Providing and running Amphibious Excavator (cleaning capacity approx 60 cum/hour)for cleaning malba/silt from lake (where work cannot be executed through poclain machine) including cost of services of operating staff, helper, cost of lubricating oil, diesel/petrol/kerosene oil, other consumables for running the machinery and disposal of the malba along the bank of the lake as per the direction and satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and running Poclain machine with extended boom and arms for cleaning malba/silt from the bank of the lake including cost of services of operating staff, helper, cost of lubricating oil, diesel/petrol/kerosene oil, other consumables for running the machinery and disposal of the malba along the bank of the lake as per the direction and satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Conditions1. Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency.2. A sum of Rs. 10000/- per day as token penalty will be imposed in case of specified work is not satisfactorily/delayed& deduction of penalty will be made in bill.3. During execution of work if any mishappening will happen at site the agency will be fully responsible and nothing paid on this account. 4. Agencies participating in the tender are advised to visit the work site prior quoting rate in bidding and quote their rate as per site condition and take proper rate analysis of schedule Items for execution accordingly.
