Providing apron/pathway with hard granite stones of 100mm thick in Lime concrete(1:2:4) and pointing the joints Lime surkhi mortar (1:1:1) including cost conveyance, loading, unloading of material and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Removal of the deteriorated brick jelly lime concrete on the top of the roof with a depth of 0.1m for the water tightening work including the cost, conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Providing Lime concrete (1:2:4) by using 20mm Brick aggregate including cost, conveyance of all materials, gallnut, Jaggery, labour charges, curing charges, beating with wooden bats, loading and unloading charges, mixing charges, transport and placing and seigniorage charges etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Smooth plastering over the roof with lime mortar (1:2) with 12mm thick cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc. complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Making, supplying and fixing of fabricated Grill fencing of size 1.50X1.50m with 50X50X6mm MS angle, with welding the MS angle of size 50X50X6mm on the top and bottom portion and providing 12mm MS rods for the verticals at 100mm centre to centre and fixing the entire fabricated work over the dwarf wall including fabrication charges and painting the grill with two coats of enamel paint after applying necessary iron primer etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.
