Providing & applying the Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm as per MoRT&H/IRC Specifications for Road and Bridge Works. Item to include all materials, labour, machinery/equipment and incidental work required to complete the job. Measurement shall be made for actual surface area of application in square meter as per MORTH Specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 30mm thick Bituminous Concrete wearing coat with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H/IRC Specifications for Road and Bridge Works Clause 509 complete in all respect. Item to include all materials, labour, machinery/equipment and incidental work required to complete the job. Measurement shall be made for finished valume of Bituminuous Concrete in cubic meter including all lead lift and carriage of material by all mode of transportation as per satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge..
