| 1 | M&L for maintenance of Static type NASU make CCR 20 KW including repairing of defective CCRs by identifying the fault, replacement of defective components like PCBs, relay, fuses, LEDs (R,Y,B), replacement of deteriorated complete wiring of CCR, rewinding of transformer etc. with other components and services the same including calibration of CCRs and complete checking, servicing etc as per requirement and painting of CCR Panel inside and out side ones in a contract period done by the contractor and properly scrap out old paint and apply 02 coat of enamel paint after one coat of red oxide paint and write Circuit No./Location, MES No., Capacity, Dt of Install complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :(a) The above item includes to attend all major or Minor breakdowns and minor spare parts, proper cleaning in & out side for complete period of contract.(b) Spare parts required will be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch and Spare parts must be purchased from authories dealership.(c) All the work under contract must be carried out by AMA/NASU trained service engineers.(d) Any unexaptable delay in service after site order, penalty will Rs. 5000/- per day recovered from contractor. (e) Testing of CCR is done in presence of Engineer-in Charge. |
