| 1 | M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with machnical wall sander/manually as per site requirement. Apply one coat of water based, alkali resistant Primer , external wall primer with 50% dilution in the ratio of 2:1 water for plastered wall surface in surface saturated dry condition (SSD) with the coverage as per manufacturer instructions with Roller / brush. Allow the primer to dry for 4 hours and then applying two coats of waterproof paint (Premium quality) of approved colour with advanced Acrylate technology with the coverage without dilution as per manufacturer instructions and allow each coat to dry for 3-4 hrs, applied with roller including necessary scaffolding and safety measures and complete all as directed. The material should have the following technical properties: a hairline crack bridging up to 0.50mm; elongation of >100% as per ASTMD 412; DFT Thickness min. 100 microns; tensile strength of 1.50 MPa per ASTM D 412; pull-off adhesion of 1.5 MPa as per ASTM D4541. Primer make : \\"Dr. Fixit Primo White Make\\" / \\"Smart care damp proof Ultra\\" of M/S Asian Paints/ or equivalent in M/S Berger.Paint make : \\"Raincoat Neo\\"of Dr. Fixit / \\"Apex Ultima protek Suprema\\" of M/S Asian Paints/ or equivalent in M/S Berger.Notes :- (i)Contractor shall provided 5-year waterproofing and paint performance warranty provided by the manufacturer of the paint.(ii)Primer and paint shall be of same make.(iii) The minimum qty of exterior Paint and primer shall be used as per coverage capacity of paint/coating and primer as recommended by the manufacturer. |

| 3 | Taking down cement plaster of any description from wall/ceiling including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | M&L for preparation of surface and applying 15 mm thick ready mix plaster on walls of concrete/ brick surface or on chajja complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge |
| 5 | M&L for preparation of surface and applying 5 mm thick ready mix plaster on ceiling of concrete/ brick surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge |
| 6 | M& L for applying two coat of white wash on newly plaster surface of ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Demollition of cement concrete ( reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specifeid and directed. |
| 8 | M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in shelves, chajja , etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. |
| 9 | S&F mild steel TMT bars of 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia for securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M & L for repairing of damaged RCC Chajja, fascia, fins, roof projection, ceiling and balcony railing etc at any height by rendering 10 to 30mm thick in one or two layers as per site requirement with one component thixotropic fiber reinforced polymer modified dual shrinkage compensated, cementitious patch repair mortar incl hacking out old broken/damaged concrete portion, cleaning of old reinforce by applying rustremover of make- fosroc/sika or equivalent etc and applying corrosion inhibitor primer to exposed reinforcement incl prep of surface and applying two coat of whitewash complete all as specified and directed.Note : Rate for all scaffolding required for repairing work shall be deemed included in this rate. |
| 11 | M& L for applying two coat of water proofing Chemical on newly plastered surface of chajja/walls of make- fosroc/sika/berger or euivalent all as per manufacturer's directions complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | M& L for Providing, cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges incl necessary formwork and including demolation of un reinforced Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of ceilings including cornices, pilasters etc including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling, complete, all as specified & directed. |
| 14 | M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls including cornices, pilasters etc including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying two coat of white wash on wall, complete, all as specified & as directed. |

| 16 | M&L for obliterating old writing of any description, not exc 0.1 sqm with paint to match existing works complete all as specified and directed. |
