Dismantling, supplying, and fixing of fire check doors along with all necessary fireproof accessories such as hinges, door closers, H-type handles, concealed flush bolts, anchor fasteners, and float glass etc. The tasks are performed at various locations as directed by the Delhi Fire Service (DFS). The work should be carried out with utmost precision to ensure the fire check doors function correctly and meet all safety regulations.Dismantling:1. Carefully remove existing doors and frames where the new fire check doors are to be installed.2. Ensure that any damage to walls or existing door frames during the dismantling process is minimized.Supplying:1. Provide fire check doors of specified sizes and accessories including:a. Hingesb. Door closersc. H-type handlesd. Concealed flush boltse. Anchor fastenersf. Float glass etc. complete as required. Installation:1. Install the new fire check doors in the designated locations.2. Ensure all accessories are properly fitted and functional.3. Align the new doors to match the existing size, shape, and colour of the surrounding areas.Repairing of Dismantled Areas:1. Repair and replace any areas under walls or existing door frames that were dismantled.2. Ensure the replacement work matches the existing size, shape, and color to maintain uniformity and aesthetic continuity at the site.Inspection and Adjustment:1. After installation, check the fire check doors for proper operation and alignment.2. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure the doors are fully functional and compliant with fire safety standards.3. Address any concerns or deficiencies noted during the inspection.4. Replacement of loop card:-The loop card should be capable of supporting a network of up to 258 addressable devices, such as detectors, manual call points, hooters, and control modules, ensuring robust fire detection and alarm communication within the existing addressable main fire alarm system. The loop card must be fully compatible with the existing Siemens addressable fire alarm panel (Model: XDLC) to ensure proper functionality and communication. Integration and synchronization with the existing system are crucial for maintaining the efficiency and reliability of the fire alarm system. The installation process should include testing and verification to confirm that the new loop card functions correctly with the existing system components complete as required.

Upgradation of latest software compatible with existing Siemens panel for proper acceptance of all matrix and logics as per site programms for different functions including single/ double/triple knocks and release of desired outputs . Also enables to be computable and fully functional with latest devices and detectors.
