| 4 | Schedule-A Comprises the items provided in the Delhi shedule of Rate-2023 (DSR 2023) Bidder is required to quote percentage Below/Above/At Par on the shedule sum which will then be applied on the unit rates mentioned for the items provided in DSR-2023 on the executed quantities. |
| 5 | Schedule-B Comprises the Non-Delhi schedule of Rate-2023 items, Bidder is required to quote percentage Below/Above/At Par on the schedule sum which will then be applied on the unit rates mentioned in the sheets of schedule-B of NDSR for the items on the executed quantities. |
| 6 | The percentage quoted by the Bidder in \\"BoQ1\\" sheet and discount (if any) quoted by the Bidder in the \\"BoQ2\\" will be applied on the individual rate mentioned under Column \\"6\\" for Schedule-A and Column \\"6\\" for Schedule-B, for the purpose of payment to the Contractor. |
| 7 | The quantities for various items provided in the Financial Bid are estimated quantities and are given to provide a common basis for Bidding. During the execution of works, the same may vary based upon \\"Good for Construction\\" (GFC) drawings issued by the Engineer and as per the site conditions. The basis of the payment will be the actual quantities of the work executed and accepted by the Engineer or quantities as per the GFC drawings whichever is less and shall be paid /valued as per the accepted rates. |
| 8 | The quoted rates for various items are for completed and finished items of work complete in all respects. It will be deemed to include all the cost involved in the execution of the items and shall include all the applicable taxes [except Goods and Service Tax (GST)] duties, royalties, cess overheads, profit etc. The Bidder shall be required to consider this aspect while quoting Excess (+) / Less (-) / At par for Total amount of Schedule \\"A\\" Schedule \\"B\\" . It shall include all general risks, liabilities and obligations set out or implied in the Contract shall and including remedy of any defects during the Defect Liability Period, unless otherwise provided in the Contract. The whole cost of complying with the provisions of the Contract shall be deemed to have been included in the quoted rates. GST will be paid extra. |
| 9 | Bidder may please note that to perform this contract. nothing extra shall be payable on account of field constraints, non-availability of uninterrupted front, cost of project management, monitoring, coordination and supervision, cost of adhering to quality requirements (QA/QC), cost of adhering to SHE requirements, cost of preparing drawings and documents, as-built records and documentation, preparation of detailed scheme for taking necessary clearance and approval from the concerned authority and other local bodies etc. |
| 10 | Income Tax and any other statutory taxes to be deducted at source will be deducted by the Employer from the due payments of the contractor in accordance with the prevailing rules in force. |
| 11 | Bidder should not tamper the Price Bid. If the Price Bid is found to be modified by the bidder, then the same will be treated as incomplete and non-responsive and may result in the rejection of the Bid. |
| 12 | Method of Quoting the Price in the Pricing Document The Pricing Document is in Excel Format and Quoting of the Price in the Pricing Document should be as Follows: (i) Whole Excel Worksheet is Locked except the Cells which are highlighted in Blue. (ii) Bidders are required to fill these cells which are highlighted in Blue only. (iii) Bidder is required to quote a flat percentage Excess / Less / At Par in the \\"BOQ1'' Sheet Cell H13, N13 for Amount of Shedule A and sheet cell H14, N14 for Amount of Shedule B.(iv) All 'blanks' in the Pricing Document, where the Bidder is permitted to quote shall be filled in.(v) If some % is quoted inspite of marking 'At par' that % will not be considered and it will be taken as \\"At par\\" on basic amount. Failure to quote the % excess or % less or 'at par' for the \\"total amount of Schedules\\" shall be treated as \\"At Par\\" irrespective of any Percentage (if indicated) and shall be evaluated accordingly. | 13 | Errors will be corrected by the Employer for any arithmetic errors in computation or summation as per contract conditions. |
| 14 | For Calculation of rates (excluding GST) of DSR 2023 items, following Methodology issued by CPWD vide Office Memorendum (OM) dated 08.08.2024 have been adopted: As per CPWD OM the rates of individual items of DSR 2023 has been multiplied with correction factor on account of GST @ 0.973 to the existing rate of DSR 2023 item in order to achieve modified DSR rate and then reduced the corrected rate by 18% for making DSR item excluding GST.Note: (a) The above Methodology shall be applicable for calculating the rate of Individual Items of DSR 2023 in Schedule A items executed under Any other DSR items in Schedule A (to be executed under Lump Sum amount). Based on the above Methodology and the price quoted by the bidder, the payment shall be made for the individual items of DSR 2023 and for the items executed under Lump Sum amount of DSR 2023 in Schedule A.
