The Pole : Cast iron pole of nearly 8000 mm length and approximate weight 230 kg. The pole has ornament base with approximate dimension Height– 1060mm; Bottom dia – 430 mm and weight – 60 kg approx. In base window given facility to install junction box suitable for wiring and fixing MCB. The part above base consist of decorative section of circular shapes and rings are made up of cast iron in fine finish with Outer diameter of approx. 100mm. Brackets or Arms: The architectural custom design combo bracket are of approx dimension Width – 1815 mm; H – 1550 mm. The bracket is provided with decorative cast iron embellishment on both sides as well as on the top of the pole for aesthetics. Over all weight of bracket will be 40 Kg approx. Finish : All the part of cast iron pole and bracket finished as per following procedure to procure the supreme quality of finishing. All the parts are clean by shot blasting process. There after all the items are painted in 3 layer coating to achieve thickness of 60 to 65 microns in which first layer is done by epoxy primer; second layer paint; third layer PU paint. Material Specification : All this above parts made of Cast Iron Casting must be of FG-150 grade as per ISO : 210 (1993) standard, Hardness must be in range between 150 BHN to 165 BHN. Cast iron must have chemical composition carbon – 3.8% to 4.2%, Silicon – 1.9% to 2.4%, Manganese – 0.5% to 0.7%, Sulphur – 0.02% to 0.04% and Phosphorous – 0.07% to 0.09%. This composition is the best suitable for product strength and life.(quotation rate)
