Attending leakage with overhauling of 132 KV Circuit breaker of 132 KV Shamshabad(2)-Fatehabad line Attending leakage with overhauling of CGL make pneumatic type 132 KV SF-6 CB CGL make (Year 1995) The job includes overhauling of complete mechanism assembly by opening of control valve assembly, holding latch, anti pumping pin. Opening and cleaning of pneumatic cylinder, shock absorber etc. greasing of all these parts, opening of reservoir, rectification of air leakage through NRV, safety valve. Replacement of consumable spares such as valve sheet, roller \\"O\\" rings, P80 \\"O\\" rings, P18 \\"O\\" rings, P7 \\"O\\" rings, P140 \\"O\\" rings other damage rings of mechanism assembly, auxiliary switch, if necessary. Rectification of gas leakage from 6 mm. and 12 mm. gas pipe assembly by replacement of \\"O\\" rings and brazing. Checking and tightening of electrical connections. Satisfactorily of circuit breaker from local as well as remote.

Complete dismantling of INGERSOL RAND make compressor installed at 132 KV SF-6 circuit breakers of 132 KV Shamshabad(2)-Fatehabad Line CGL make (Year 1995) at 220 KV S/S Shamshabad Road and their through overhauling by way of cleaning and replacing all gaskets (Form manufacturer tune kit), draining of old lubricating oil, cleaning of reservoir, filling of new lubricating oil of suitable grade, assembling the compressor after complete overhauling and commissioning the same including replacement of worn out motor drive belt and filling up lubricating oil in compressor reservoir with SAE-40 grade lubricating oil includes oiling and greasing in mechanism & motors.
