Replacement of damaged/broken/missing doors of LT panel Box with 14 SWG power coated HR Sheet on front side and back side. Door should have proper locating arrangements. It should have canopy on Top in order to prevent it from water ingress in rains. The doors of Box should be welded with robust quality hinges and PVC Gasket and provision of handles on each door. The periphery of door shall be provided with lining of rubber/PVC to prevent entry of rain, insects, lizards, rats etc. so as to make it vermin proof.

Providing and installation 04 nos of aluminium bus bar insulation coated for Red, Yellow, Blue and neutral phases suitable for rated current against damaged/missing bus bars.

Providing and installation MCCB of rating 630 A, 400A or 320A for type A panels of make L&T/Havells/ABB/C&S against Damaged/Burnt existing MCCB.

Providing and installation of rating 100A for Type B&C panels of make L&T/Havells/ABB/C&S against Damaged/Burnt Existing MCCB.

Providing and installation of rating 63A or 32A for Type B&C panels of make L&T/Havells/ABB/C&S against Damaged/Burnt Existing MCCB.

Making all proper connections with Lugs/Ferrules of all MCCBs.

Maintenance & strengthening of tilted or Broken stands of LT Panels.

Connecting 3.5 core LT cable and Service cable with Bus Bars and MCCB by proper size of lugs properly crimmped.
