Attendind to break down call, physical inspection of DG sets with all its accessories at site , checking of lube oil level ,lube oil filter , Radiator ,coolant ,fans and fan belts, fuel tank , fuel filters and fuel lines , status of starting batteries, battery charger , self starter , exhaust pipes, AMF/ conventional DG control panel , Alternator terminals , Alternator AVR etc., fault finding , rectification of minor faults to make the DG set operational , trial run ,load testing ,checking of Engine and Alternator parameters etc as required.( Supply of matterials are not in the scopeof this item).

Supply and pouring of approved quality and grade ( 15W/40 ) new lubricating oil etc. as required. ( Greaves Maxthim oil /SS)

Replacement of the following parts by a new one of approved make for KVA/DEA sets as required.

Engine Radiator Coolant

Air Filter for 100 KVA KOEL make DG set ( at GMTD Office , Link Road, Cuttack).

Servicing of Engine by drain out of old burt lub oil , opening of fuel filter , lub oil filter , cleaning of all filter bowls, fitting with new elements,checking and setting of tappets , adjustment of 'V' belts tension, test run of the machine, checking and testing of control paneletc. complete as required.
