Operation & minor maintenance of Mobile Crane of ALHW stationed at Swaraj Dweep jetty. The operator shall have valid license for crane operation. The rate is inclusive of Crane operator wages, Lodging and Boarding charges, GST. EPF, ESIC, LWC and bonus to the employee and minimum service charges in the procurement of man power out sourcing services. In additon contractor should provide one set of personal protection equipments(PPE) viz. High-visibility clothing, hard hats (helmets), and safety shoes which are mandatory for protection.

Engagement of Assistant to Crane Operator for manning the crane's routine checks, attending periodical lubrication, minor maintenace works etc. and all other semi skilled work entrusted by the EIC. The rate is inclusive of assistant to crane operator wages, Lodging and Boarding charges, GST. EPF, ESIC, LWC and bonus to the employee and minimum service charges in the procurement of man power out sourcing services. In additon contractor should provide one set of personal protection equipments(PPE) viz. High-visibility clothing, hard hats (helmets), and safety shoes which are mandatory for protection. Engagement of skilled electrician for checking all the electrical installations provided in ALHW office and residential complex. Attending day to day routine maintenance to operation of 15 KVA DG, repairs and replacement of fused tubes, bulbs, power packs, switches, sockets, ceiling fans, area lights on the additional approach of jetty, pumps and accessories etc as and when required. The rate is inclusive of wages, Lodging and Boarding charges, GST. EPF, ESIC, LWC and bonus to the employee and minimum service charges in the procurement of man power out sourcing services. Attending miscellaneous works by engagement of multi tasking staff for collection of HSD oil for crane and DG, assisting in the functioning of mechanical sub-division office at Swaraj Dweep and all other un-skilled works entrusted by the EIC including cost of all labour wages, Labour Welfare Cess, GST at applicable rate etc. complete (Un-Skilled Mazdoor)
